IT Support and Administrative Assistant
The IT Support and Administrative Assistant will help support and maintain the company’s computer systems, software, and infrastructure.
This role plays an important part to manage compliance of the IT functions by ensuring all process are duly followed and documented. It is key in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing necessary support to our users and clients. This position offers opportunities to gain valuable industry experience.
Responsibilities
Device Management
- End User Devices Management
- Setup and configure end-user devices
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all end-user devices
- Provide helpdesk support for end-user device issues
- Manage the end-of-life process for outdated devices
Documentation
- Keep IT procedures and documentation up to date
- Create and maintain documentation of hardware and software configurations
Service Desk
- Log and manage incidents and requests and escalate where appropriate
- Assist end-users with technical issues and troubleshoot problems
- Assign incidents and requests to relevant teams
- Log and manage changes
Inventory
- Keep IT assets inventory up-to-date
- Keep software inventory up-to-date
Access Management
- Log all access requests
- Manage access requests according to policies
- Route access requests to relevant third parties
Employee Onboarding/Offboarding
- Manage user account creation
- Order required equipment for new employees
- Setup employee devices
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees
Skills/Knowledge
- Proficient in operating systems: Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS/iPhone.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Understanding of network concepts: VPN, VLAN, DHCP.
Methodology/Regulations
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology will be a plus.
- Previous experience in a regulated entity/ financial services, preferably under supervision of the Luxembourg CSSF will be beneficial.
- Understanding of GDPR regulations.

Language
- Proficiency in English.
