Ireland Country Lead
Job Overview:
The scope of the role includes the responsibility for overseeing the ONE group solutions business in Ireland in conjunction with each Business Lead and under the direction of the Group Executive Lead and the Group Executive Committee. The role also has a strong focus on Business Development with respective sales targets and on marketing the Group’s services by increasing its visibility in Ireland.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Country Lead
- Define and execute strategic plans that align with the company's global strategy, focusing on market penetration, growth, and profitability.
- Oversee Ireland operations to ensure operational efficiency, quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Be accountable for the country's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Irish team to achieve business objectives. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies. Identify and mitigate business risks.
- Enhance and protect the company's brand and reputation in the country.
Sales
- Develop and implement robust business development strategies tailored to Ireland asset management market (for services locally and for jurisdictions where the Group is present), aiming for growth in market share and customer base for all ONE entities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects and other market participants to ensure the group has a thorough understanding of their needs.
- Maintain ONE’s visibility and reputation in the Irish market.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Monitor and report sales targets.
