From a young age, I was taught that commitment, hard work, and perseverance can lead you wherever you wish in life. These guiding principles have shaped my academic and professional journey.  I was fortunate to combine my legal and business studies with several internships, which provided me with early insights into the corporate environment. After completing my studies, I was ready to embark on a new professional adventure, focused on finance with the hopes of having an international experience, so when Revel contacted me with an opportunity to join the ONE team I jumped on the offer.

The qualities that drew me to ONE almost three years ago still hold true today. Firstly, a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship that has remained strong even as we have grown beyond our start-up phase. Secondly, its people. I am privileged to work closely with incredibly experienced and knowledgeable individuals across all areas of the business. Lastly, the diversity of projects I am involved with, from implementing new regulations, launching new products, to opening offices in various locations, which continue to excite and challenge me. All of these factors allow me to continue developing my multidisciplinary and cross- functional skills.

At ONE, I have gained an in-depth understanding of the funds industry and the broader financial services ecosystem in Luxembourg. I take immense pride in being part of the ONE success story, a testament to the dedication and talent of our incredible team.
