After working for more than ten years in Luxembourg’s fund industry, I was eager to join ONE from day one and become part of this incredible journey as Partner, Human Resources. What drew me to ONE was the opportunity to build a company culture from scratch, allowing me to shape our human resources strategy firsthand, with a particular emphasis on people and their well-being.
In recent years, there has been a global shift in the traditional role of HR, which is now more than ever focused on creating a supportive office culture with development opportunities. At ONE, we recognized this trend back in 2019 and have since continually adapted and improved our approach to HR, creating a more effective and impactful working environment. Our DNA is built around maintaining a company culture that is dedicated to our team members, where transparency, information sharing, trust, empowerment, and taking responsibility for tasks are capital. We are not focused on personal achievements but on team successes where everyone has a voice and a place.
Clients initially come to ONE due to our great sales team, but they stay and recommend us because of our dedicated staff who work with them every day.
The best recognition we have received is from our team members who helped us to obtain the Great Place To Work certification and the Best Workplaces in Luxembourg 2023 award. It is incredible to see our team members happy and proud to be part of ONE, and to witness people collaborating and staying with us for our values and workplace culture.
Today, I am proud of what we have achieved in the past four years. When we started, there were just twelve of us, and now we are close to seventy across four legal entities.
