With over 38 years of experience in the investment management industry, Richard has been pivotal in overseeing an impressive portfolio of Luxembourg and Irish UCITS and AIF-domiciled funds, valued at over USD 190 billion. His extensive knowledge of product management and regulatory affairs, coupled with his hands-on experience in managing complex operational frameworks, positions him uniquely to contribute to ONE's strategic initiatives.

His participation in the HIFL AIF Valuation and Investment Oversight Committees further underscores his capability in steering fund performance and valuation processes.
