My name is Rafael Perez, and I have been fortunate to work in the fund industry for nearly two decades.

My journey commenced in Luxembourg following my academic pursuits in Paris. Initially, I entered the professional realm within a prominent Benelux Bank, where I honed my skills in operations and account management. Subsequently, I transitioned into a client-facing role within another esteemed French Banking group. During my tenure there, I had the privilege of collaborating with prominent UK and US clients, which eventually led me to the United States to spearhead the establishment of the outbound sales team for EU-domiciled funds.

Over the course of several years, I dedicated myself to nurturing business growth and cultivating commercial channels for outbound sales, particularly focusing on vehicles domiciled in Luxembourg and Dublin. Following this successful venture, I joined a renowned British investment bank, assuming a regional co-leadership position in client development for the asset management and owner sector across North America and Latin America.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating closely with Revel and Steve, facilitating numerous fund setups, and successfully navigating cross-border initiatives during their previous roles. My proximity to the genesis of ONE has been steadfast since its inception, and I am now honoured to be entrusted with the mission of establishing and expanding the Americas region for our group. While the challenge ahead is significant, I am confident that there is no better company or team equipped to tackle it. I am eager to work with all of you in this new endeavour and drive our group's growth and success in the Americas.
