On-boarding Manager (AIFM/ManCo) 

The scope of the role is to be responsible for the onboarding of UCITS and Alternative Funds for a third party ManCo/AIFM. The job can lead to acting as Account Manager post onboarding. 

Your role: 

Onboarding activities 

  • Organise kick-off meetings with clients in order to fully understand the structure and type of funds envisaged as well as any details relating to transfers of existing structures 
  • Ensure Client Acceptance of the Fund by Internal Committee 
  • Set up regular onboarding calls with Client and service providers for a smooth implementation of the Funds (ONE fm being the one coordinating for all parties) 
  • Ensure all operational aspects of the onboarding process are taken into consideration, discussed internally and monitored 
  • Ensure all regulatory aspects of the onboarding process are taken into consideration and monitored 
  • Coordinate or perform appropriate filing to the CSSF (when required) 
  • Coordinate fund passporting of the Fund in countries where marketing is foreseen 
  • Ensure smooth transfer to the BAU activities 

 

Account Manager (potential evolution of the job) 

  • Act as Account Manager for the client by acting as the day to day contact person for any matters 
  • Act as Account Manager internally by managing any request relating to the Funds and the Clients 
  • Represent ONE fund management at each and every Client Board Meetings 
  • Ensure invoicing for provided services and appropriate follow up is performed 

 

Your profile: 

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in the Fund/Asset Management Industry and in particular thorough knowledge of a third party management company activities and any type of investment funds 
  • Fluent in English – German would be a plus 
  • Good PC skills 
  • Autonomous and able to take initiatives 
  • Team-oriented 
  • Flexible 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Time management and prioritisation skills
