Risk & Compliance Officer

ONE corporate (“ONE”), supervised by the CSSF as a Specialised PSF, is a dynamic and young business focused on delivering quality, value-add, next-gen domiciliation, directorship services, company secretarial and corporate governance support to a wide variety of clients. We are looking for an experienced Risk & Compliance Officer to manage our 2nd line regulatory and compliance oversight program. Your Responsibilities and Duties

Regulated Responsibilities:

• To act as “Compliance Officer”.
• To act as “AML Officer (Responsable du contrôle du respect des obligations professionnelles en matière de LBC/FT (RC)”.

Operational Responsibilities:

• To enhance and implement ONE’s compliance monitoring plan and management framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• To enhance, implement and monitor the effectiveness of ONE’s Enterprise Risk Management program, including the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Framework.
• Being responsible for any AML/CTF matters.
• Advising and supporting business leaders and employees on AML, risk and compliance-related issues.
• Writing, implementing and monitoring compliance, AML and risk management related policies and procedures.
• Monitoring operational processes and procedures within a compliance/risk management framework to ensure these comply with regulations, company policies and ethical standards.
• Preparing, organizing and conducting compliance/risk trainings for our employees as well as informing them about legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
• Acting as contact person and liaison officer between ONE and the CSSF.
• Preparation of regular reports to management.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher/equivalent) and have sufficient relevant experience to hold the regulated positions of Compliance Officer / AML Officer. You have a great command of English and French.
• Prior experience in Enterprise Risk Management would be a plus.
