Job Offer: Legal counsel – investment funds

We provide third-party Management Company, Corporate Secretary, Regulatory and Strategic Consulting, and Governance Technology solutions. The group, headquartered with full substance in Luxembourg, provides Fund Governance solutions to asset, wealth and fund managers from around the globe and has additional offices in London, Dublin and Zurich. 

Legal counsel – investment funds 

Working with the Senior legal counsel, provide legal support to the group entities on a variety of legal work relating to their activities, and in particular those of the management company. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Draft and validate client contracts as well as agreements with providers. 
• Advise the ONE entities, in collaboration with Senior legal counsel, on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters in providing comprehensive and pragmatic advice. 
• Providing general legal advice on applicable laws and regulations and on ONE policies and guidelines. 
• Advising on setup and structuring investment funds. 
• Contribute to internal projects and data protection matters.

Qualifications: 

• Outstanding academic qualifications. 
• Over 5 years post-qualification legal experience at a Luxembourg law firm or in-house position 
• Experience in the investment funds industry is required. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to act as a business partner to senior management.
