Job Offer: Information Technology Manager

We are looking for an Information Technology specialist to oversee and manage the Group’s IST strategy and infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate and career driven IST specialist to play a lead role in shaping the Group’s Information Technology vision in a flexible and energetic culture focused on delivering premium services.

Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Chairing the Group’s IST Committee;
• Managing and consolidating all Group’s software and technology;
• Project managing the Group’s software development and servers;
• Centralising and delivering the Group’s IST collaboration and resource sharing strategies;
• Centralising and delivering the Group’s IST modernisation program;
• Managing the Group’s Access Tools Program;
• Managing the Group’s IST Security Risk Management Program;
• Managing the Group’s IST related policies and procedures;
• Managing the Group’s Business Continuity Plan;
• Primary staff POC for all system related admin tasks that ONE can manage (onboarding, passwords etc);
• Assisting with IST related client DDQs;
• Managing and delivering security and phishing training;
• 1st Tier end user support (inc. cabling and seminars);
• Managing ONEs relationship with all external IST service providers;
• Ensuring the Group’s full compliance with EBA and CSSF rules, and challenging external providers on compliance;
• Staying up-to-date on the latest technology and security trends and legislation.

• You hold a Bachelor/Master’s degree (and/or hold relevant certifications) and have relevant experience working in the regulated financial services sector, particularly in security/cloud computing regulations (CSSF/EBA) and cyber security at a strategic level.
• You have a great command of English and knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
