The focus of our recruitment philosophy is primarily cultural fit. Our recruitment process is centred on finding candidates who will enhance the quality and spirit of our team. This means that the right attitude, being a team player, helping others, having a hands-on approach, and being comfortable working in a flat corporate structure is paramount to us. We seek candidates who are hungry to learn, and we assess a candidate’s soft skills, in addition to their technical competence, during the application process.
