Ian is a Partner with ONE Consult, who brings with him 20 years’ expertise providing business solutions and delivering strategic change across a range of industries and sectors with a primary focus on financial services.
His experience spans working for boutique consultancies as well as acting as an independent consultant, providing front to back services to both the buy and sell side, focused on preparing firms such as BlueBay Asset Management, BNY Mellon and Goldman Sachs with their financial regulatory obligations, impacts and readiness.
Ian’s consultancy assignments have covered business transformation; operational, regulatory and strategic change; technology enablement, design and implementation; product design; and implementation and management of strategic relationships.
